Is there actually a correct answer for the guy asking for lawn care and the guy asking about the crap in his yard?

Indeed there is! The game will never throw a caller at you that there isn't an available answer for, with the exception of one-off calls like prank calls that hang up after calling you. Sometimes you will have to read between the lines a bit to understand an appropriate entry to submit, however.

i gave the ticks answer on it cuz it was the only thing that mentioned anything about cutting the weed down in its description of how to get rid of them and that seemed to work

fun fact: the moles guy called back when I gave him gophers and said 'they are all just staring at me.. I think they want something.' then started spouting about going into a hole and how he has sinned. Never got that same message again.
