Well dunno about canoness of this mod, it has several elements that make it really alien to canon, for isntance if you check HL2, the water level everywhere seems to have dropped and it's pretty much confirmed combines are sucking out the water from Earth to other worlds, while in Minerva the isle seems pretty much okay and it would have been sunken 20 meters underground if built before combines.

Tieno, that's because Minerva is supposed to take place before the events of Half-Life 2. Don't know how much time though.

Well even if so, you should notice that water levels are low in HL2 itself... rememberRoad 17 part with decreased water levels and all canals and so in City 17 having almost no water?

I'd say yes but i'd rather wait for official info about it from Adam Foster or anyone involved with MInerva Director's cut... Theorically (in my opinion) i'd say That it is Canon now.

No way, the thing is, there's definetly some inconsistency between HL2 that make it non-canon. Not to mention that woman that kept writing her text, whatever her name is... where from is she? How can she get a military satelite?! How can she get a bunch of combine troopers and "reprogram" or whatever them?!
