So am I playing the Directors Cut or not?

I last played Minverva a long time ago, version 1 probably; split into chapters...something like that, before it was on Steam anyway. I just downloaded the mod on Steam and it seems to be exactly the same as I remember it. Indeed the mod in my library just says MINERVA: Metastasis - nothing about it being a Director's Cut.

Also, if this is Directors Cut I'm playing I would have expected an actual voice rather than the usual on screen text by now - something I care not read especially when I'm busy trying not to die.
