The Glav still spawns in the same secret spot behind the volcano.

I got Glavenus yesterday in Trese Desert - Golden Nest, idk if there are more spots.

Fun fact, having it doesn't appear in the monsterpedia that I have it, it's strange, I don't know the reason, but I have it, I could later if I remember to put a photo.

Yeah, it doesn't appear in the pedia because it was DLC. They didn't update that.

I found mine in the azure rathalos DLC special quest.

is glav limited to post game? or can i get him in my playthrough ?

You can get Glavenus every time in the special quest were you have to kill a Rathalos. I think its a 4-Star quest, but you wont be able to use it untill you can use Monsti Rank 7.
