My favourite game is OG Final Fantasy 7. But this is 2024. There's bad graphics then there's this game...

Disagree, disagree... Graphics don't mean everything to a game and they look fine. This is a port/Remaster and not a full fledged Remake. Plus both OG FF7 and MHST 1 look the way they do because of hardware limitations on their original consoles that they were released on that were left as is with their respective ports. Plus that's like comparing apples to oranges, the PS1 and 3DS are in way different leagues when it comes to graphics (The latter which is closer to the PS2 and it being a handheld)

Plus this whole graphics debate is a load of nonsense if you gotta ask me. Yes graphics in part can make a good game good but that's only half of it, gameplay is what really matters. Heck, you can have a good game that plays super well and is really fun with really low quality graphics just as you can have a really bad game that plays absolutely terribly and have some of the most beautiful graphics ever seen in gaming.

In simple terms, its 2024 and nobody (should) care about the graphics alone to define a game.

Yeah, but the game has to have 4K graphics to justify my RTX 4080, or else it's doo-doo hot garbage!

Good grief people are children. If you don't like the graphics or art design that doesn't make it bad. There's objectively nothing wrong with the way the game looks. It's highly polished cell shading.
