Yes, it has hotseat.
This game being competitive? ...
Just had a few go's at it solo, and the AI isn't completely stupid.
I had a 50/50 win/lose ratio in 4 games.
Ticket to Ride is still a better game, but doesn't have hot seat, and the AI sucks.
But multiplayer makes up for that.
Still, I assume that playing the actual boardgame with friends is way more fun.
But for 7 bucks this is an ok game, if you're into digital boardgames.
I didn't know they had implemented that :-D
It wasn't in the game back when I bought it.
