Attempting to "Go into Decline" bug

During Solo games, I have to restart the game every time I go into decline. The game doesn't freeze, but many buttons stop working as it occurs. After restarting the application, and rejoining the on-going solo game, it will show that I have gone into decline. Fix this.

You should probably give more details about your system setup and other factors about your gaming environment. List what you have tried to fix before demanding someone else "fix this". I can tell you that this works fine under Windows 10 on solo and there is no bug.
