CO-OP bug on Abandoned city map

First, I haven't seen any problems from anyone else about this, if I missed it, sorry.

The abandoned city mission on the very last part has a few strange bugs. I'm sure they're not just on my side, because my teammates also have the weapon glitch (intended or not) that I have as well.

I've uploaded some screenshots on my profile with these bugs, hopefully I'm not the only one getting them.

I've played, and beaten every mission on perfectionist so I hope that narrows the issue down.

The last part is just unpassable because of this bug. It's random

I spent last night playing the mission with a buddy on my Xbox 360. Same thing happened for us playing split screen, then also later on while online from separate consoles. I've seen people say starting the mission over stops it from happening, but two separate plays and it was unbeatable for me.

ya I noticed now my partner was floating above the ground. didn't realize when I took a screencap. only that mission gave me problems.
Everything else in the game is fine

I can kill everyone but I or my partner just keeps dying with sometimes 1 enemy left no matter what.

I think Sam and Briggs are supposed to be able to move after the first part. that would help, but we're still both stuck, or floating, or have strange weapons.
