Ever since AC3 came out, Ubisoft seemed to not care about pc optimization at all. And this thread is kind of useless since, just like AC3, they will not optimize the game any further. Stay tuned for worthless multiplayer patches though.
Also, beware the pc elitist that lurks on the forums, they tend to give generic and spiteful replies such as: "The game is really optimized, I can play it on my [Insert extremely high end pc specs here]", or "What are you talking about? The game runs smoothly on my [Insert 5000$ worth of pc hardware components here]", or the infamous one: "Sorry dude, but even a GTX 560ti is a very low end gpu. You ought to get 2x GTX Titans because I only know how to burn cash to buy upgrades and not tweak the ones I already have".
Ah I misread it. I thought he had a 630m, the laptop version. The desktop version is still not all that great, but performance really depends at what resolution you are trying to play at.
The funny thing is idk if i would rather spend 400$ on a new gpu or just buy a ps4 since atleast with consoles you never have to worry about pc game optimization!!
660 TI + 3gb
8gb ram
Got everything at ultra and has not gone below 60 fps yet. Have tried the previous nvidia official driver and yesterdays new beta driver to.
I am trying to run at 1920x1080
Expect low-end performance.

Try playing the game with the same settings that he is using, you might get a better framerate than you first did. Settings are at 7:00 in the video.
AND A NOTE TO THOSE WHO DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT COMPUTERS AND THEIR CAPABILITIES, DO EVERYONE A FAVOR AND STOP POSTING YOUR ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ SPECS. IT'S NOT HELPING.
The problem with your computer, as it relates to Blacklist, is that it is horribly unbalanced. You have a $300 CPU and you paired it up with a $65 graphics card. You would have been much better off dropping that CPU down a couple of notches, to something like a 3570 or a 3470 or a 3350, cutting the RAM in half to 8GB, and then using that money on a much better graphics card. No, I'm not one of those elitist PC snobs that say you need a $500 graphics card or GTFO, but that doesn't mean that a $65 card isn't laughable, especially considering the CPU you dropped in there.
Now, I'm not sure whether or not your PC had a primary use other than gaming. Maybe you do something else with it, besides gaming, that needed all that CPU horsepower and that 16GB of memory. Maybe gaming was just a side thought and that would justify such an expensive CPU compared to the GPU. But if gaming was what you had in mind for that system then you spent way too much on only 1 component. There are plenty of games out there that just need GPU horsepower and can't compensate for that need with an abundance of CPU horsepower.
