really achievements are a deal breaker?
achievements that do not mean anything but just sit on you'r profile.

There are achievements, just not steam achievements. There are Uplay achievements which actually reward you points you can use to buy some cool cosmetic items for the game though.

No achievements on steam, because it runs through uplay. Plenty of challenges in-game to keep you occupied as well.

I would prefer both kinda like on my 360 I would rebuy everything on PC if they added steam achievments.

They could have handled it like the old windows "live" games. There you had the "Live Achievements" & "Steam Achievements" but as Ubisoft is failing in everything, there are only uplay achievements ;)
