I start classes in a few days and I wanted to get as much SvM time in as I could.
Sigh...
Starting tommorow
I only play in boarderless which makes the game playable for at least 1 SP campaign mission until I start the next mission which will give me the DX11 error.
I delete the videosettings.ini file that we've been told to edit (editing it only makes my game crash after "press any key" screen. Deleting it lets my game run for a long time. If I play spies vs mercs, I can play as long as I don't get the "ran out of memory" error which comes randomly, I have no temp fix for that. I can normally play a few rounds of SvM and coop before I get that error. Longest I've been able to play was about 1.5 hours before I crash.
I also keep all my settings on low, if I change anything, I crash as soon as I loud any game (coop, SvM, or SP).
My Specs:
- i7 Intel (3.4 GHz)
- 8GB Ram
- Nvidia GTX 660 1.5GB Video Ram (latest drivers)
- 1680x1050 Screen Resolution
- Brand new computer
yes yes, we all have awesome computers but its not your computer its the game don't worry hopefully steam is fixing this issue along with the help of ubi....I hope. We're just ganna have to sit tight until they release another patch or get V1.01 to work for computer if it is working at all.
And Watch Dogs. This better not happen to Watch Dogs. Fire the people who ported this, hire some people from Bethesda, and give us a good game.
LOL, yea, cause Bethesda NEVER makes broken games

Optimizations
- low spec CPU optimization
- multi-GPU optimizations
- fix framerate drop issues
So if I have the Steam version does that mean I already have the patch? And in that case, am I just SOL on having this game be playable?
