Save data location?

I put 30 hours into Blacklist over a couple of weeks at lauch. I decide to play it today and all my progress is deleted, I had near everything unlocked. I downloaded a 100% save file (because god knows as I enjoyed the campaign I do NOT want to unlock everything again) and I'm having some trouble getting the game to read it, anyone know how to get the game to detect the save file?

Have look in c:/program files \ ubisoft \ ubisoft game launcher \ savegames.
hopefully be in there.
Also i know alot of people use the uplay cloud save and dont work to great 0.o
just back up in future xD

There is a very high chance that this save file is from pirated version. But anyway, try to put it in save folder for Steam version of the game, which is:

c:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames\[your_username]\449\

This folder should contain at least five files:
1.save
1.save.metadata
2.save
2.save.metadata
scbl_migration

1.save is the most important one, basically it contains all your progress, 2.save is some kind of backup.

P.S: as Wattsy said, back up your savegames manually from time to time, because Uplay cloud sync for Steam version of Blacklist doesn't work properly. Even if it works for any other Uplay game, it's not reliable.

I'm starting to find that out... I played for an hour last night, loaded up the game tonight and.... NO progress was saved. So, I decided to skip the Introduction mission or whatever it was and went on to the next one...

Am I going to have to complete each level in its entirety, even though the game is telling me it's "Saving..."?!?! This bites. :-(

It had to do with Ubisoft's Uplay client being always in Offline mode. Once I configured it to always launch in Online mode, it has been saving my progress...FINALLY!!!

Uplay offline mode doesn't work in this game only, it seems like Ubisoft doesn't care.
