New game+ ?
Is there a way to even start a new game? Let alone with unlocked gear?
The no menu design is garbage, and tbh, can't see an option anywhere to just start over in general....

I did it, but don't remember how. But it did mean losing all progress and starting again.
You can, of course, just go back and play the missions again from the map if you want to play the earlier missions with better gear.
I don't have it installed right now, so I can't check (I am currently downloading it, so I will check when it's done), but I don't remember a NG+ mode.

It's under options, 'restart story' or something to that effect.

As previously mentioned however, it will also take out your gear. Verdicts out on spies vs mercs kits though. Those *might* stay, no garentees.

I've also been trying to find out if the ingame cash from the uplay unlock for the blue goggles is universal or a one time deal.

Personally, I'm torn at the prospect of doing a no kill run for the achievement. On one hand, it's good for replayability but on the other, can I really be asked to unlock everything again?

So basically from the sounds the geniuses as Ubi didn't cover the obvious.. playing the game a second time...
They could've at least marked the mission order if they intended the replaying them randomly as the concept for it.. instead its a chicken shoot without a list.
I thought that as well; the missions need numbering or something, because who can remember which is which when the map gets so cluttered.
But it has been stated by me and another person now that you CAN start another game. I think it's in the options menu. Just press escape at any time, if memory serves, and it's in there somewhere.
This is brand new though. Not with all the gadgets you have unlocked.
But not having NG+ is only a problem if you can't find which order to play the missions in. And I found that by reading the mission statement's I could figure out which was the earliest without too much trouble.
In settings, there is an option to restart story. I am looking at it now.
It will reset your progress in SP and co-op, but spies vs. mercs will be unchanged.
It makes it clear that everything will be wiped; all progress, all unlocks, and all money earned.
There is no new game +. This is the only way to do it

But it shouldn't be, there should be a way to just replay the game without having to completely reset everything. With the way its designed (in that you can replay missions in random order with the unlocks already) that shouldn't have been any issue, but alas, they weren't thinking as usual.

You can still replay the finished campaign missions. They're still on the SMI. They aren't unavailable.

May want to read back.
This is known, but its difficult unless you listed them off as you played, or dig around to find the list. Theres no way to go in order directly as you had originally without resetting the game.

As long as you remember (or look up) the order they showed up you can play them in that order. That is the point.

again, was already noted, and shouldn't be necessary since the game was obviously built to allow it in some form already. There should be a way to just reset and play with all unlocks in tact.
