Will it run? How well is this optimized? (PC port information request)

Ubisoft doesnt usually make good pc ports so im very cautious. Just wondering about other peoples experiences and if anyone can tell me if my system wil run this very well or not
Specs
Video card: AMD Radeon HD 6620G
Processor: http://i.imgur.com/ctg8LCS.png (occording to Dxdiang. I just didnt feel like typing it out)
RAM 6 gigs (but someone told me that my processor can only handle 4 gigs of it, not sure if thats true or not)

You might be able to run it but I'm not sure how well.

I appreciate the help, given my low performance machine I think i'll pirate the game before buying to make sure I can run it at least with some anti-aliasing

Since when don't Ubisoft make good PC ports? Assassin's Creed Brotherhood, Revelations and 3, as well as Far Cry 3 all run perfectly.

Assassins Creed ports are arguably not as good as you say. But, Farcry 3 runs great. I can play it on low settings fairly well.

Assassins Creed ports are arguably not as good as you say. But, Farcry 3 runs great. I can play it on low settings fairly well.

I've never had an issue with any of them related to the porting. Just general gameplay bugs present on all platforms. And my Far Cry 3 runs on max settings perfectly.
