How do you roll?
How do you roll. I can't figure it out, for the life of me.

If you are referring to SP, you can't roll like you did in Conviction because they changed the entire character movement and key mapping.

On the Xbox 360 controller, you used to hold the left trigger to stick to cover and you could also use this to roll when moving forward. This is now gone because they now use the typical (and clunky) "press button to stick/unstick to cover" feature most games use.

Conviction had it's flaws, but the movement and character control scheme was the most elegant I have ever used in a third-person game.

I've played Chaos Theory, and I beat conviction on my xbox. But I can't fathom why you can't roll. It'd be so much easier, and I love Blacklist, but it's so frustrating that that's not even available.

You also have to consider all the hardcore players screamed bloody murder about the game being too arcade-like, so slowing and restricting Sam's movements in SP is a direct result of this in BL, unfortunately... Yet the whole premise and other aspects of the game are completely unrealistic at the core. I guess it's not hypocrisy if you (they) agree with it ;)

Wait how do you run on tom clancy's splinter cell 1 on a keyboard?

You scroll the mouse wheel up or down, and it changes your speed of movement.
