Delux Version
So my friedn had like 2 new suits:Upper Echelon Suit and 4E Eclipse Ops Suit for the single-player storyline. An he said he just bought the delux edtion. I just started the game, where can I fin the suits he was talking about?

if your version is standard version then u can buy extra DLC content (homeland and high power pack) then your version become deluxe.

Ya i had the standart version already for like 5 years never got any of the new suits. How do I get the upper checlon suti and the 4e suit?

let search Blacklist DLCs (homeland and high power pack) on steam or uplay, but you have to purchase then download it.
If you have deluxe version, DLCs already in Deluxe version ( no need to purchase anymore) your suit is unlocked in games
