I keep getting this error message. Me and my friend used to be able to play for hours just fine then suddenly it stopped working and always giving me this message 5 minutes into the game. Below are some things I have tried.
1. I checked for windows updates
2. i checked for Nvidia graphics card updates
3. I tried verifying the game files
4. I tried re-installing the game
5. I used my Nvidia control center to let nvidia choose the best/optimal settings for the game
Nothing has changed though on my PC recently. Literally one hours before the game had worked fine then suddenly even on levels that we had already played the game started disconnecting and saying ""splinter cell blacklist service is unavailble right now please try again later".
All my other games work fine and my internet speed is 9 mbps. below are my system specs.

I'm not sure why this happens, but it happens from time to time, not sure if it's just server stability issues or what, it generally gets fixed alone

If you still have the problem you could try to restart your modem and router... I know it sounds silly, but a friend of mine can't connect to any game unless he reboots both just before starting the game, it's odd, but it works

Yes my friend though (we are using the same router) does not have this issue and can play. I tried resetting the router and restarting anyway though and it did not work.
