Windows 7 KERNELL32.dll error? Try this guide
I only promote this because time for Windows 7 users is very limited, so i need to increase the chances to help the Win7 users that want to play this game/replay this game before they are forced to upgrade their system.

Bro, I think you effectively solved my problem. A few days ago I suddenly realized I cannot launch ubisoft connect and thus this game altogether.
