How do I get the DLC?
How am I supposed to get access the DLCs or the content from the Deluxe Edition if I can only buy the Standard Edition?

You probably can't. They discontinued all the coop and multiplayer content and the DLC content was discontinued too.

But its not only multiplayer content in the DLCs. There are maps that are playable in singleplayer too... so you still can't access that anymore?

No, Ubisoft required server connection to activate DLC on your account, since there is no server you can't activate DLC for new players. That is why they stopped selling Deluxe Edition of this game and many other games which servers were shutdown on 1st of October 2022.
