Missing dlc content

I have purchased the digital deluxe edition and none of the extra bonuses have been added into my game where can I get the missing content?

Ubisoft claims they're removing on line content and disabling DLC from Blacklist on Sept 1st.

BUT people have reported it to be missing already.
Perhaps you are falling in to this category too.

Apparently using a 100% save unlocks everything since the DLC is still downloaded regardless of whether you actually bought it.

Did some research yes it works with the standard edition yes itll work after the 1st of september
yes it will overwrite your save file so back up yours
this is 3 different saves but 2 are fully complete with ALL DLC unlocked. its literally just a save file. Campaign is beat but can be replayed like mission select.
Its nuts how they wont fix this. im trying to get in contanct with ubisoft bout it.

Yep it happened with me, a simple "restart the story" will do it too. It overwrites the save file and all dlc is in the save file. Thats why this file is important.

found a fix and thats why im making a big deal about it.
Ubisoft could update the game to make them unlock from the start of the game. Not by using a save file to overwrite your progress of unlocks and money.

Watch them remaster the game and resell everything and thats why they are doing this....
