Ubisoft Connect asking for a code

I bought this game thru here (steam) Every time I try to launch the game, it keeps asking for activation code.

I am currently encountering the same issue and I can't find any code or keys on steam. Let me know if you had any better luck.

I tried everything on my end. So far, nothing. I just refunded the game. It's like Ubisoft just going to let this game die as they're going to shutoff the online services for this game on September.

Ah man, that sucks, like why are they even selling it if players can't access the product?

In Ubisoft connect login w/ your username/password.
Go to your library and click on the splinter cell item.
In the list it says "show key". That should be the key you need.
If it's missing then there is something wrong with your license.
Ubisoft had problems with that a while ago.

That's the issue, it is not even appearing on the Ubisoft Connect either as it needs to be linked from our steam app. and as soon as we launch the game from Steam. Ubisoft Connect is asking for key code. We are unable to link or access any content of the game.

That's also where I got stuck. Cannot link the game thru ubisoft connect cuz of that code. So I had no choice but to refund.
