100% CPU and GPU usage?
Upgraded my PC to a I5-7600 and a 1060 3gb and its using 100% of both? Temperature skyrockets on my PC whenever I turn this game on.

Well I'm no expert but having your task manager open to tell you it's or anything is using 100 disc is pretty odd. In fact open that old internet explorer and you'll probably find it's using 100% disc. I don't think task manager is 100% accurate. In anycase for the other issue, the temperature thing. Hmmm, maybe get a different graphics card with single or dual fan. This game is pretty old and I doubt it was cause any computer harm. There are other options too like not running big picture, turn off steam overlay, stop downloading pron, close all other windows, be sure tables , scripts, dll injecters, or cheat engine isn't running. Switch from wireless to direct ethernet. Or vice versa. Try another game and see what happens.

Well I don't use task manager to check CPU and GPU stats, I use Speedfan, wich is a reliable and low resource program for that, as for the graphics card, this is a new card I bought a few weeks ago, and it's a 1060 which shouldn't be a bother running this game, and no, I don't have many programs running in the background. And I tried running other games and CPU usage never goes that high, in instances it even drops temperature.

Contact ubisoft and tell them whats going on and give them your specs. Maybe a techhed over there will have the answer.

Gj, you filled the "PC elitist" role and provided no helpful coment, I'm just gonna buy a fresh 10k $ PC and say "I just run everything fine" in every thread

They're fairly similar specs, it's not unfair to make a comparison. It appears his intent was just to try and help show that hardware probably isn't your issue (which I don't think it is either, your PC specs look perfectly fine). If you're going to bash the people trying to help you, don't expect to get much help.

But more specifically on your issue, what kind of FPS are you getting when you play? Do you have V-Sync on? What kind of graphics settings are you using? Does task manager show that Blacklist is the one taking up 100% CPU, or is it something else?

i got 30 fps without charging my laptop and 60 when i'm charging, sa depend when i am on fullscreen or bordeless i got less fps. i don't have v-sync on, but my comp is alway at 100% disk but i said on top, my comp work fine. maybe it's a problem but idk, i bought it and i got 100% disk

Is it at a constant 100% disk usage when you're playing, or are there spikes in usage? What kind of disk is the game installed on, and what RPM is it (if it's mechanical)? Have you run a malware scan recently, maybe there's something else lurking that's taking up the disk while you're playing.
