Campaign, no. It's only singleplayer as far as I know.

I'm afraid that they've shutdown the game's servers because I can't connect to the online services to access online features.

I was told that there is a workaround for online. You'll need to download older version of Uplay but I'm not sure if it works.

Well, previous SC you could complete the entire campaign in Coop (in couch play) but still, so yeah no need for this kind of comment.
