Terrible mouse settings
For some reason, there is a limit to how fast you can move your mouse. Turning down the sensitivity basically limits your mouse speed at a certain point, so no matter how fast I swipe my mouse, it will reach a threshold and not allow me to properly aim.
Any fix?

With hard modification of game files - yes. Generally - no fix.

The game control feels really uncomfortable because of this.. I guess it's because the pc version is converted from console

old topic but i will respond.

If its MERC you're having problem with its down to MOUSE POLLING SETTINGS.

All splinter cell games must have MOUSE POLLING setting to exactly 125

Set that to 125 and you will be good

To fix it I raised my in game sensitivity, and reduced my dpi.
sens 6, and dpi 100 did has it good enough for me.
