Deluxe Edition issues?

I plan to buy the game, and I want to go for the Deluxe Edition. But I found out there are issues:

Basically you can't activate the bonus content and can't play online.
Can anyone confirm this? Should I buy just the normal game?
Or first normal game and then the DLCs simultaneously?

You CAN activate bonus content using provided codes under steam purchases, activating them through the game itself. (Extras -> Redeem code.)
Yes, you CAN play online, it's just buggy and might require reset, if it shows error message.
Doesn't really mather whether you buy dlc's after or now, they have to be activated through in-game anyways.

Well, then restart uplay and try connecting to online again.. I don't understand how can people be so weird sometimes.

I'm just asking to be sure, I don't want to buy something that in the end won't work and even prevent me from something that is in the basic, cheaper version.

Well, i'm still actively playing online, so are my friends and from my side everything works. Also, bought DLC's myself and everything has worked greatly.

Forgot to mention, that if you buy things on steam, they are refundable.

So how I did it:
I bought the basic game, and bought the 2 DLCs separately (and saved 2 cents, haha, rich me)
We'll see. I will update if it works.

Well, it seems to work, but now I have the first issue.
When I want to play online, I can only play the "training" and classic. The Blacklist SvM is locked behind a level 5 lock and it says I need to play the previous 2, but I can't play them (it says matchmaking failed, please try again later)

Easiest way is to create private SvM match and go hack terminals. It still boosts your level.

I tried the Blacklist SvM and it still says matchmaking failed, please try again later.
Is this an error, or is this how it always works and I need to try at different times during the day?

Try pressing multiple times. If you don't get in with like 7 tries, restart uplay and try again.
If not, then it's just ubisoft bs..

Yeah, no problem. A real shame that happens to people.. Because i get these matchmaking failed errors, but usually i just try a few times and everything works. And they happen pretty rare.. :(

Yeah, I loved SvM back in the old games.
I already beat Blacklist on my friend's console years ago, but I never played SvM on it.
I heard it's still (somewhat?) alive on PC.
I'd love to play it. Damn, someone should make an online game inspired by SvM 😂
