Fixes for Blacklist - May 2020

Hi guys,

i'm running windows 10 x64 (1909)
modern CPU (18 core 10th gen @ 5ghz)
modern GPU (2080 ti SLI)

i ran into 2 problem.
1) I couldn't start the game
2) it ran like ass (once i got it running)

fix for #1:
Go to the install folder for the game, scr and system
\Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Blacklist\src\SYSTEM

find and rename/delete this file:
"Systemdetection.dll"

fix for #2:
The game is only running on one core. Fix? add more cores.
How?
bring up the taskmanager, go to the details tab, find the blacklist .exe
right click on it, pick affinity and add more core.
(you'll have to do this when the game is running and every time you start the game)


boom. running in 4K with everything maxed out :)

On top of what Zurv has recommended, I did this and it worked:

Edit the Blacklist.ini file and change the following values to what I show:

PlayVideo=false
bThreadPhys=True
