Mouse Camera isn't moving. Help Please

I have to reset the key mappingl on my laptop in the game. Lenovo Legion, Y520 GTX 1050ti, 2tb HDD, 256gig SSD, 16 gig RAM, Intel Core i7-7700HQ. I played and finished this game on my other pc and played it just fine, I wanted to replay it on my laptop and all but as soon i have to launch into the game, the movement control and mouse control were gone. So, i have to reset the mapping control but couldn't figure out how to fix the mouse control movement. So I grabbed my xbox controller and tried again. Controller worked fine but no movement with the joysticks. My mouse and controller couldn't move the camera and the controller couldn't move the character at all.

Same issue. I can play fine with Xbox controller but can't use mouse for aiming. I don't think it's system problem.
