issue with using ps4 controller in the game

i don't know if anybody on here will know this or not but i use a ps4 controller with my pc games and i use DS4 to emulate a xbox controller. what i want to know is with this game, it's the only game on my list that does it, the controller doesn't work right. when i press the button that's supposed to be the B button on the xbox controller, it doesn't do what it says in the controller config in the game, it's all messed up. i can't use the controller in the game and i'm a lot better with the controller than i am with the keyboard and mouse. if anybody knows how to fix this issue, that would be great! thanks!

Yeah sorry it's been years since I used a Playstation controller and I'm the best at Tekken series. As for steam, I wouldn't know where to begin. Check it's mapping. Or check the emulator boards directly at the website that you got it from.

This is common I think. I googled for it and the messed up part is at least.
No specific solution I can see though.

Try re-mapping the buttons from the controller page.
I think you click on the button you want to change then press the button you want to re-bind to it.
