game crashes when clearing sandbox

i try to clear and it crashes. i want to have an empty sandbox but it doesnt clear even after crashing

same. I have a phantom enemy on the spawner. no collision or physics, just the graphics... I think it crashes because it tries to remove something that doesn't exist completely.
