are there mods for the game?

i wondered this for a while now, and it could bring the game back from the dead run by the fan base.

I think it can just show me all the fan-made stuff like Team Fortress 2 classic is definitely could come back just like a few remix if you find maids and boom its back just see all the wonderful things the fireplace can do
