Japanese Faction / Pacific Maps

I just downloaded / bought the game last night so I have not had much time to play it yet (work and all) but I liked what I saw and it runs very nicely on my ageing Alienware laptop!!

That aside I played quite a lot of BK2 back in the day and really enjoyed the Pacific Theatre maps on that game. Thanks for the free steam version by the way, I'm sure I will re-visit BK2 at some point!!

I appreciate it is early days for BK3 and we are still early access et-al but are there any plans to release a Japanese faction and or a Pacific Allied campaign later on as an expansion or DLC etc. Other than Men of War Assault Squad (1&2), Pacific maps are in short supply for WWII RTS and MoW is basically skirmish only as opposed to any campaign.

I do think there is a major gap in the RTS genre for a quality Pacific Theatre campaign.

Kokoda Track campaign in New Guinea would be a nice addition to the Pacific main campaign.Hardly ever see this heavily fought battle portrayed in war games.
