reinstalled like 10 times and have cloud save disabled and searched my whole pc for related files and no luck.

just delete the a_ file in user_folder and start the game by the launcher.exe, not launch game from steam, because if you launch from steam it will auto sync the save game from steam cloud to it

You can't launch it with steam open at all. I even copy and pasted it to a different drive and it still caught my steam info.

I managed to get a clean start by deleting my steam cloud files by doing the following:

Set steam to offline mode,
Close steam,
Delete the a_ file,
Delete the files in app id folder 235380 (in steam userdata 'your id'),
launch game from the launcher in the game directory (not from steam) - the game will now be cleared of all old saves,
Open steam,
Run the game from steam and then close it,
Set steam to online mode,
Start game from steam - you should get a steam cloud conflict message,
Choose local save files.

That should get you a clean start. WARNING you will not be able to get back your old save.
If you set that game to not use the steam cloud a clean start should be possible in future by simply deleting the a_ file.

Tried that, worked perfectly until I started the game with steam online, the game authenticated with BK3 servers and redownloaded my old save.

@ A.D did you launch it from steam in offline mode first? You could also try to save the game before exiting when you launch it without steam or steam in offline mode. The game needs to download and save the game data in offline mode before going online in order to create the cloud save conflict.

I get some server error when I launch it in offline mode.

Same. Also, it doesn't seem to mark any missions as completed once you get past the tutorial.
