I'm really sorry to say that, but it seems you got out of our matchmaking system, as you both have way to high MMR. Average is about 1300. 1400 is considered high, and those players already sometimes couldn't find an opponent. But it was fixed already. But yours MMR became just too far for anybody else, even each other, so the system doesn't even lets you fight each other, and there is nobody else close in the range.
I know this is sad issue, and I'll personally kick game designer to fix the matchmaking to have a solution for such a high rated players to find an opponent asap. There is nobody in the office already, but it will be a highest prior task for tommorrow.
Meanwhile please consider attacking people using chat.

This is not a bug, but a feature. With shiled on you don't loose resourses or rating and match won't count if you decline active defence and an attacker will have to fight AI. But since you are online, maybe you want to play defence rather than attack, so you see people attacking you, and can always decide to take fight on your own (with resourse and rating change) or decline (attacker will get benefits for win, but you won't loose anything).

Since you are writing on steam, you have steam version, and unfortunately our servers are quite far from China that is probably the reason you have connection problems. There is a Chinese stand-alone version going to be released soon using your local servers.
Also the offline campaign is not yet in plans for realisation in the near future.

Edit: Solved it by reinstalling the game (Didn't have enough space during installation the first time so ran into some errors, removed some stuff, continued to install, error, removed more stuff, continue).
I noticed you can only play 10 games a week in total, does not matter if its Assault Player or AI you only get 10 games a week at Teir 7.
Make the point system that when you Play AI you only get 1/4 of the points you get now but when you Play Assault Player you get 100% of the points when you win. And make it that you could play 1000 games a week against Assault player and your normal 10 games a week against AI
Last week I could only play 10 games then I could not play any games for the remainder of the week.
On Saturday night I played my 10 games and now the 2nd week in a row I cannot play anymore games Assault Player or AI.
Now with DEVBLOG 9 It said "Now, the matchmaking system has been slightly tweaked to make it more flexible, meaning searches for opponents should be more effective."
So What does SLIGHTLY TWEAKED mean ?????? Instead of 10 games a week we will play 15 games a week???? UMMMMMMMMMMM searching for AI opponents sounds easy to me why can I only play 10 games a week????
My other issue is out ot the 20 games I was ALLOWED to play in 2 weeks they were all against the same 2 people.

There is a Logitech G940 FCS and and Logitech Wingman Formula Force GP driving wheel connected to my pc.
If this devices are enabled, camera is screwed, i.e. it moves to the lower right corner no matter what I'm doing. If I click at one unit, camera moves there for a sec, but then moves back to lower right corner.
If I disable both peripheral control devices, it works without problem. This is the only game where this occurs.

You mentioned patch, it might be a corrupted file during update due to not having enough free space or connection loss. Please also try reinstalling the game and let me know if that helped.
