cant find (or unlock ) the big habitat battery

so. i dont know if it was removed with the patch, or if something else change.or maybe (just maybe) its some kind of glitch. if someone knows it , i apreciate the answer.

love the game, btw.

Go past the toxic zone, there is a spider web of obsidian looking rock and right smack in the middle of it there is a wreckage with the large building and vehicle bay. On top of it there is a large battery.
