problem with achievement - Crews in place, find 4 crew quarter keycards

Does anyone else have problems with achieving Crews in place, find 4 crew quarter keycards? I got all the keycards, opened every room in the location and didn't get the achievement, I still have 3/4 progress

Are you sure you found all keycards? There are more than 4 in the game. The 4 that you need to find the of the crew quarters.

yes, this achievement is for crew keycards, I checked and found all 4

by any chance, did you find some of them before the update on Dec 17 and some after the update?

yep, I think it was like that because I started playing on December 16 and I think I found at least 2 cards then, and the last one I found yesterday, December 18, after the update

It's likely due to an update. They often reset certain things, including the achievements. I would try going to the places where the keycards were just to see if you have them dropped again and also going through the doors. If none of that worked, you will have to start a new playthourgh for that achievement.
And also you should submit a bug report...

I checked all locations and the keycards did not appear again. I entered every room again and it didn't work either. Unfortunately :\
