Iridium

I am trying to make the Toxic Protection Suit. Does anyone know where to find iridium at? I am one iridium ore short.

You can find it in the toxic area by the large ship wreck, just bring a few medkits mine 2 asteroids and you're good to go

I've built a base in toxic area and a miner to get iridium. Then built a teleport so I can transport quickly there and collect. The miner collects 3x20 peices before filling up. Built this just with heaps of med kits before I got the toxic protection suit.

By exploring the entire map, you can find *exactly* enough Iridium to make the toxic suit. After that, you will have limitless (in a sense) Iridium. The asteroids run out, but they respawn with every map-load (same as the 9 pieces of red celestite in the VM cave)

Yes.. after i chease it with full healt and the summon (doesn't get damage from the cloud in it) I find one asteroid outside the cloud .. maybe around Ice field or Silver field .. you can simply fly and ping with the scanner to see content of small asteroids ..

in the green cloud. specifically the green cloud near the warp gate. if you dont have enough to make the green suit then i recommend the summon(vehical) and the engineering suit. you fly into it with the summon then jump out beside any medium asteroid (which all are iridium in there) , and mine them quick (then hop back in summon. you dont take damage in the summon nor does IT take damage). you'll lose life but if you come prepared you should be able to mine enough for the suit and not die. once you have the green suit you are laughing.
