How do I craft from a blueprint?

I found 4 blueprint boxes, crafted a research station, and unlocked them. Two of them were T2 power and efficiency upgrades for the mining tool. The problem is, I can't figure out how to craft the upgrades. I have a fabricator, advanced fabricator, upgrade station, and tool modification station, but none of them create the upgrades or grant them in any way. Help???

There is a tool upgrade station that you can make and install the upgrades to your tools with.

Tool upgrades are crafted in the tool modification station. Note that it has two terminals. One for crafting and one for inserting them into tools.

Thanks! I knew I needed to make the upgrades but could not figure out where.
