If your getting GDI Generic Fallback driver detected it means that you don't have OpenGL drivers installed properly on your computer. The GDI Generic Fallback driver is a windows driver that only supports like OpenGL 1.0 stuff which isn't enough to run Original War.

The only "fix" is to install your graphics card drivers again. If your using a laptop the process can be harder as they normally force you to go through the laptop manufacturer rather than just downloading them from the GPU maker like Nvidia/AMD.

Note: while i say graphics cards, these days the CPU's can have graphics cores. But same difference you need the OpenGL drivers for whatever you have.
