How to force this game to work in this mode? opengl works but i want the menu to be full hd so directdraw i perfect

I don't think there is reason to have menu in FHD, but it should be achivable with sameres paramter iirc.

The launcher has settings (Called Configuration). You can change the renderer there. Though OpenGL is the better renderer. Direct Draw may have issues as its only kept for backwards compatibility with older PC's (Not sure if you can actually play OW still on the same specs as 2001. Technically the specs on the Store Page may be wrong, but who has a 900Mhz P3 Processor with Windows 98 to test it on these days).

CornyjK is correct that you can use the sameres parameter in the launch options to make it like DirectDraw (Its what it uses).

Note that if you switch to Direct Draw it will force your monitor to 16bit mode, steam overlay will not work (As Steam does not support Direct Draw), etc.
