Says a big 'CONNECTION ERROR with a bunch of gibberish' when it fails to connect
:(
Managed to get the tutorial / first adventure and then a level 1 adventure quick play inspite of the DC's when connecting to the hub/returning to the hub
I mean if they put in a west coast NA server at least you'd be at about 150 instead of 200+ ping.
I think I would opt for quicker queue times of populated servers rather than the latency at this stage. My thought may differ after reaching the higher difficulties but I think it will still be a skill ceiling rather than latency one.
Main issue is theres no one playing the game
There's a huge difference in gameplay between 17 ms to Sydney and 130-300ms bouncing around
The amount of time you can sit in a growing aoe indicator is huge between the 2 (first one you can full dps until its about to land then step out one step and back and continue, the other has to run out as soon as they notice it and stay out until it goes off to ensure they dont get hit)
Interrupts are also hugely different between interrupting in the final | | of the cast, or having to try and interrupt (and fail) any fast cast when you see it starting
