No. It's 4man co-op.

Not in a sense of a real MMORPG, but i guess it could be seen as such, since it will be an MMO and it will be an RPG. But you wont run around in an open world, its just about dungeons. I assume one has a simple HQ where you do the usual stuff like crafting or buying stuff and from there you can join dungeons and maybe raids later on.
