Full Screen mode problem, Alt-Enter won't do it.
I have Windows 10, I hear that may be the issue. I just got this game today, May 26 2019, and I can't even access the button for upgrades in the overworld map. If I move the bar at the bottom to the side, the game actually lowers on the screen so that the top bar of the window appears which ultimately results in still being unable to access the lower part of the screen. The game is effectively unplayable as it is now unless I can go full-screen somehow.

FWIW, I'm running Win 10 and I just tried Alt-Enter with "Super Sanctum TD" and it seemed to work fine.

You could try the suggestion in the topic below and see if that helps. It's an old topic and the game may have been updated since then, so what's posted there may or may not still work, but you could give it a try. Just make a backup copy of the file in question before making any changes.

Thanks, I took a look but just can't be arsed to access the files. I've done so before with other games, particularly Call of Pripyat with Misery and The Armed Zone mods. Altered various aspects of various firearms so that it was a bit more realistic from my perspective and even rechambered some firearms, so I can fix the matter if that information proves accurate. Maybe some other time, but given that this has been a known problem for so long and it hasn't been fixed yet, if I ever write a review for this game, it's unlikely to be 'excessively positive' as it were... at least I got the game for cheap.

Hey, just bought the game and had the same issue.
What you need to do, is to go find the SuperSanctumTD.exe, right click go properties, compatibilities. change high DPI settings, and in the scaling override, choose "Application"

Doing this and now I got the Alt+Enter working on my Win 10 where I have custom bigger DPI
