Give Ray to eat the blessing or not?

I decided to let Ray eat our blessing. 5% to experience and stats sounds tempting and the blessing can be upgraded but there are more of them than the team can use so if it's possible to get a new skill and 500 exp then it's probably better. Though I feel like I just didn't stop her from taking her first dose of drugs. Is this blessing any particularly good at level 3? Can you get this blessing to level 3 and then let her eat it? what have you done?

I just let her eat it. A permanent passive skill seemed better to me than a piece of equipment I might not need. As it turns out, you'll get a second of the protag's blessing a little further along and the only thing it's really good for is fire absorb at level 3 which is not unique.
