Can you kill a juggernaut?
I just beat Michaela (Pink Angel of Death Mori Calioppi) and thought I'd try the Saint Sword Juggernaut. I reach the last segment of the life bar and she hits it off. Spams all attacks all the time and skips turns of my characters (I know because when I have active immortal, I just keep passing turns until I run out) until everyone dies. Is it a fight in one particular way? Level 62 is not enough for her or do I have to wait until some point in the plot? Because I don't know if further attempts make sense as long as the combat is fun except for the moments of "You died, Ray (or the protag used an item) wasted a turn to resurrect you to die immediately, because when you resurrect you land at the end of the next lane for everyone to have you chance to kill again. Repeat." but if one attempt eats you up items, takes about 30 turns and about an hour of time, and takes you back to the beginning before the very end, the trail starts to hit.

I don't believe you can defeat Jugg at that point, it'd be nearly impossible to do if you could, there is another opportunity to fight her where I know you can win though so don't sweat it

Defeating the Saint Sword Juggernaut is the only missable fight that you can't do after defeating Eris, and it does drop a unique healing item that is replenishable. It isn't necessary, and you can beat everything else in the game without really running out of healing items anyways, but it is still a cool fight.

How?

I would imagine power-leveling to something frankly ridiculous before trying to fight her.

That, or use the cheat menu to make yourself more OP than Juggie and curbstomp her.

I don't want to cheat or level up too much before the end of the story, but I don't know if I can beat her before the end with Eris. I'm after meeting Scarlet. I'll go through one more location and mess with the equipment. I was half a segment short of killing her on my last attempt. Maybe at level 70-75 something will change.

I finally made it. At level 67. After unlocking the protagonist's secret limit breaker. By drinking the maximum amount of nectar of the gods and increasing Bessi's damage limit is 2000000 with the Death Lord blissing which I unlocked in Calamity Overlook the Saint Sword Juggernaut. The last time I felt this good was after defeating Melania Blade of Miquell at the Elden Ring.

Ah, thank you. I have been pondering this since yesterday and could do nothing to her. Was going to see if the trick was just to get as close to 100% physical resistance as possible or if there was a way to block insta-kills for the party. -.-;; Only at level 48 so I have a bit more to go!

I got a little lucky and was able to beat her around level 50. The secret is the Ant's Shield/Bracer/...Ribbon(?) equip, which makes it so any attack that gets countered is negated. Then you raise Counter rate as high as you can.

It's not foolproof and really sucked when I got knocked down when she got into Gear 4, but it's doable long before Postgame.

If you use my MC build guide you can totally kill Juggs, she wastes most of her attacks on my mc and can't actually hit him. Comine it with a Bessie build that is close to the deleter build guide and you have all the dps and survive-ability you need, Ray can just heal/buff.

The magic is in cheese strats, counter and evade, Poison, Burn, Venom, Immortality and Celestial Form Auto-Life and the other one that blocks all damage.

Managed to do it at level 56. On RPG Master difficulty, no less.

I don't usually go after Superbosses in games, but when I find cheese I just *gotta* try it.
power levelling is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ in this game and it really dose not work as it should i do not feel powerful all i feel is being destroyed by far more powerful enemies

most of the joy from the rpg side of this game came from making amazingly strong builds. Even with great equipment and base stats, without some cheese you'll get whooped. If you're really having trouble, look up some builds for the characters and maybe turn the difficulty down. Everything is possible, even if it is mildly BS.

Yeah, when Jugg gets two or even THREE actions per turn when at near-death HP, it's downright ANNOYING AS ♥♥♥♥, seriously...! :ritonaangry:

I know. But once you beat it, it's no longer a challenge. The problem is that later these licks keep repeating themselves and it gets even worse.

Just beat Juggernaut with around level 70 and using Ray's Immortality near the end. If there is no way to fight her after the end of the game again would that just mean my main save file where I didn't fight her before the end is screwed and I won't ever be able to have the Enchanted Megalixer you gain from this fight in that?
