Guide.... pls?
Hi there!

I posted before asking if to buy or not... and i did.

Now i find myself with new problems.

The worst, i dont find any proper guides either here nor youtube :S

Probelms expemples:

-Explaning the mechanics of some weapons ( -The Master- when exactly do you need to press/unpress the button? )
-Weapons explanations, best combos, etc...
-Talents guide
-Missions? ( i was playing as hunter and that appear, what is it? :S )
-What are chance events? Getting crazy around this one :S

And is 07:35 in the morning, so im tired to think about more, if tomorrow i remember i will edit this.

So voila! I got many questions and no real points of info where to check :S :(

There are not a ton of guides, but the game is relatively simple. You'll find through playing what combinations of upgrades are OP. It isn't a very hard game, so just take your time getting to know it. The enjoyment of learning combinations of upgrades and how broken they can be is satisfying, and you get to play yourself rather than just copying someone else. There isn't much point in copying others anyways, as it is a roguelike and there isn't much long term progression. Just have fun my guy :D
If you are seriously struggling, here is your tip to just win. Use chance build with the girl who is based on chance effects. It won't require you paying attention to anything in particular, no timing things, just pick chance based upgrades and she will destroy everything. Is she the best? No she is not, but she is really good and does not require any specific timing or anything. You just play the game as usual but while picking chance upgrades and then you win. I think it is a missile launcher thing based on chance that will be the definite pick. Even without it, she is easy to play and run through the game.

The problem im facing now is like, the weapons, have no explanations on them. That make's it harder to choose what and when to use, becoming annoying.

I find that the game lacks a lot of info, and that it's a big point for me.
There are some weapons i never equip as i dont understand them.
Ex:
-The damned mask that you hold on your hand, does a radius AOE damage, great, then, when the eyes glows, you can shot a massive Dark energy ball.
Is there somewhere info telling you that? I didnt find it.

That's what i mean for a guide too :)

My advice; just play and when the round ends one way or the other take 10 seconds to think about how it went and the choices to made before diving in again. Some of the most enjoyable rouge-lite/like runs I've had were ones that ended in failure.

If you only enjoy success you're robbing yourself of one half of the emotions. If you can't get some enjoyment or excitement from discovering these things on your own then you might need to reevaluate the types of games you buy, no offence.

Not everything is about the meta, not every run needs to be successful. Games are about wasting time, if you enjoy yourself while wasting your time then good. If you don't then that game wasn't for you.
