so there were many promised releases of this game, but it still is not released, dev seems to ghost discord group, is there any news on this or is it a dead game ?

The demo will return soon with the promised features. It should give a better picture of what the game will be like, as the previous under cooked version was much less representative of how I want the game to actually look like.

I want the game to have the 2025 roster version, but the rules of the tournament will have to be the 2024 version. Since the fearless draft and 2025 tournament are really complex, I need more time to actually see how it went live. So I will add the fearless update later on after the official release. I'm thinking of only having 6 playable regions now: China, Korea, EU, NA, Brazil, and the new APAC region, which basically combines the previous regions of Vietnam, Japan, Taiwan, and Australia.

As for the official release date, it depends on how you guys react to the demo. One thing that can be sure is that I take the time to make sure the game is in the best possible state. I'm deeply passionate about this game, and I'm committed to making sure it's in the best possible condition with future updates.

This is the most recent game Update as of 1/17, there was another about player ratings and changing rosters to the 25 versions but that's another story. That's all we know currently.

maybe you just lack reading comprehension, i'm not a dev, a mod, or anything, all i do is post the discord updates that they post so people know what's going on since no one posts into here for those same updates. That is why i say what day it was posted and that it was a discord update.

No, you would be incorrect, no one got scammed, it's not remotely close to being considered one because no one lost anything. You would also be incorrect about there being nothing as there was a playtest which is something, not a lot, but definitely more than 0. As for the mod hiring, I couldn't tell you the reason, when there's only one mod in a server with 390 online at most times you'd probably need more than one anyways, so i think it's likely unrelated, plus a mod can't be online 24/7, that's just silly. As for the ban, i doubt you got banned only for saying there's nothing, more likely you were being obnoxious about it and got warned about it several times and decided to ignore those warnings and kept going and arguing.
