I mean, that depends on whether you considered sanitised dialogue to be censoring or not? Not that it matters, the localisation of this title is utter trash regardless, and as such, does not provide to English players the same "content" that Japanese players get.
yeah I've seen some comparisons. it's such a shame that PQube gives its customers such awful sanitized localizations. hopefully a delocalization project takes off soon.
the only really thing changed is rewording/very slightly incorrectly translating a good portion of the game

At first glance, those localization errors don't look all that bad, imo.
However, it was mentioned, the dialogues were "sanitised". That sounds like the meaning of some lines were intentionally altered. I'm stll not sure, what to make out of this.
