Hello! How intricate/involve is the management part of the game? Is it anything like the game Idol Manager?

Hello! The game is purely visual novel (story scenes only), there are no typical "gameplay" elements asides from dialogue choices and reacting to phone calls.
The management aspect is more from a narrative perspective, as in the story your role is to be the A&R for B-Project, similar to a producer or manager in the idol industry, but are involved in both their music and their personal life.
In summary it has the cut-scenes which Idol Manager would have, but not the simulation/mechanics :)
