Q: What's new?

- Linux support!
- Play the game in smooth 60 FPS, unlocked FPS, or keep it on 30 FPS for a classic flair!
- New secret Boss Rush mode lets you challenge all the bosses in one go!
- Full, Steam Deck-verified controller support and input rebinding!
- Fixed achievements on mac
- The minimap now shows the location of treasure boxes in rooms you’ve visited, as well as floor number information in dungeons.
- Use new controls to quickly swap between weapon extensions!
- New approachability options let you toggle on more health drops, invincibility and more
- Multiple save files and a save copy option
- The game, graphics, music - and secrets - remain the same as the original 2013 release.
- The original Anodyne remains playable on all stores. (Save files do not transfer, though.)

Q: How do I play?
A: If on Steam, simply select "Remaster" when starting the game. On GOG, it will play automatically (but you can play the original by changing launch settings.) For Itch and Humble, simply look in the "Remaster" folder in your download.

Q: Do my saves carry over?
A: No, but your old saves for the original remain.

Q: Steam achievements?
A: These carry over.

Q: Consoles?
A: We are planning to launch this on consoles in 2024/5.

This is so cool! Kinda wish there was a new achievement, but I'll have to give it a third playthrough regardless. Thank you for the continued support!

So this means Anodyne: FNA Edition[github.com] is official and I don't need to use luxtorpeda on linux to play it natively anymore?

what platform and OS? are you launching this through steam?

I thought I put this here before but maybe not. Will the original game on the PS4 have the trophies fixed or will have to buy the new game? I don't mind buying the new game but there are issues with the PS4 version.

Trophies that did not work.
1. Temple Seer. I beat this boss twice, no trophy
2.Grotto Rogue, not trophy when I beat.
3. A Meeting, I beat the Briar, no trophy.
4. All broom I got the trophy for 100% clear, which say you need to upgrade the broom but I didn't get this trophy for upgrading the broom all the way.
5. Lots of cards. I went and found all the card and it a really long time. NO Trophy. Please let us know if this will be fixed and if it's fixed, I will buy the new updated version. Thank you.

Unfortunately, the PS4 issues will never be fixed because the porting company doesn't exist anymore. When/if the remaster is put on consoles, it will be a separate game and the trophies will not carry over (however you will continue to own the original version on ps4)
