I can't play Tropico 3... Please help me.

I bought Tropico 3 gold edition that came with Tropico 3 steam edition and Tropico 3: Absolute Power, Absolute power works fine, but whenever I try to open Tropico 3 steam edition it just opens Absolute power. is anyone else having trouble with it or is it just me.

That's not a glitch. The expansion includes all the content of the original.
